Production Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations within assigned Fan Zone areas
• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of operational infrastructure, furniture, and branding
• Perform logistical tasks including material distribution and inventory support
• Monitor the condition and functionality of Fan Zone facilities and report issues
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and operational service providers
• Support crowd flow management and access control
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in assigned areas
• Identify and escalate operational issues or incidents to management

Requirements

• Hands-on mindset and eagerness to work in live entertainment
• Ability to provide operational support during setup, live event, and dismantling phases
• Strong organizational and logistical skills
