Production Assistant

Responsibilities

• Ensure departmental operations comply with EHS, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.)
• Execute SHEQ systems and participate in continuous improvement and safety meetings
• Assist supervisors with safety briefings, inspections, and hazard rectification
• Track production material usage, inventory control, and tooling lifecycles
• Compile and verify shift-level operational data and archive production records
• Manage employee attendance and assist with new employee training and SOP updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, Management, or related majors
• Strong safety awareness and hands-on capabilities
• Excellent learning ability and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in manufacturing plants is preferred
• Familiarity with equipment operation and unit operations
