Production Assistant

Responsibilities

• Inspect laser-cut parts for burrs, slag, and tabs
• Remove imperfections to meet quality standards
• Remove completed parts from laser nests and keep laser beds clear
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Use ERP system and forklift to move, stage, and store materials
• Support Lead and Senior Laser Operators to maintain production flow

Requirements

• 6–12 months of manufacturing or related experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools or grinders is a plus
• Ability to obtain a Clow forklift certification
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 100 lbs
• Ability to perform frequent bending, reaching, and material handling
