Production Assistant

Responsibilities

• Execute initial and intermediate production processes according to Production Orders.
• Prepare pre-mixtures and verify raw material quantities as requested by specialists.
• Perform resin filtration using specialized filtration systems.
• Transfer resins to drums and tanks.
• Prepare packaging and issue labels for filling processes.
• Verify work priorities based on production team information (Heijunka) and operator guidance.
• Check material codes from production orders against weighed materials.
• Complete production orders and process checklists, including date, time, quantity, and batch data.
• Maintain accurate production logs regarding process data and UpTime.
• Perform container washing using appropriate cleaning products and tools.
• Pack products according to specific packaging requirements.
• Execute filter changes following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workspace.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Chemistry (Técnico em Química).
• Active CRQ registration.
• Experience in the chemical industry, specifically within production areas.
