Production Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform auxiliary production tasks to support all manufacturing areas and meet production goals regarding technical standards, cost, deadline, and quality
• Provide operational support to the shipping department as needed
• Execute activities such as sanding, cleaning, protecting, and packaging parts
• Document production activities, including filling out production control information and recording hours
• Participate in training for special machine operation, product knowledge, and safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and preserve equipment, accessories, and tools

Requirements

• Completed elementary education (Ensino fundamental completo)
• Previous experience as a production assistant is desirable
• Knowledge of norms, procedures, and work instructions is desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Apprenticeship courses or technical training
