Production Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational and administrative support to the Production Manager and Series Producer for Good Game Spawn Squad
• Assist in the day-to-day running of the production unit, including maintaining schedules, diaries, databases, and booking sheets
• Act as the first point of contact for public enquiries and audience feedback
• Maintain office supplies, systems, and general office requirements
• Assist with rehearsal, studio preparation, and gameplay testing
• Support the coordinator with travel arrangements, rostering, and crew/facility bookings

Requirements

• Relevant media experience and an understanding of television production processes and terminology
• Strong administrative skills with experience managing correspondence and schedules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (including Premiere Pro)
• Ability to hold or obtain a current Working with Children Check and/or police clearance
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with production teams and the public

Preferred Qualifications

• A keen interest in video games and gaming culture
