Production Assembly Technician

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electromechanical products following work instructions
• Troubleshoot small electromechanical products including cameras, sensors, and logic modules
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and test equipment
• Document manufacturing issues, failures, and tooling malfunctions
• Interpret engineering prints and schematics
• Develop production documents such as work instructions and checklists
• Train production employees on safety, quality, and internal processes
• Support safety and quality initiatives including 5S, ESD, and FOD

Requirements

• Highly skilled electromechanical technician
• Proficiency with small hand tools for intricate electrical component assembly
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment
• Experience with precision instrumentation and complex electromechanical systems
