Production & Assembly Senior Representative

Responsibilities

• Assemble desktop and/or server products on progressive lines
• Perform packaging of server and desktop products and manage finished goods loading
• Handle allocation and kitting of production components, including HDD preparation
• Maintain high standards of workspace order, quality, and safety
• Verify cosmetic quality of finished goods before shipment
• Complete and deliver materials according to established processes
• Ensure timely production supply and monitor material compliance
• Collaborate closely with production coordinators and managers

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in a relevant position
• Knowledge of KPIs (operational, quality, and HSE)
• Proficiency in Polish (spoken and written)
• Ability to use production applications such as D365, MSL, and WI
• Ability to learn quickly and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• SEP and UDT certifications
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
