Production & Assembly Senior Representative

Responsibilities

• Assemble desktop and/or server products on progressive lines
• Perform electronic or electromechanical assembly operations
• Pack server and desktop products and manage finished goods loading
• Allocate and complete production components and prepare HDD components
• Maintain high standards of workspace order, quality, and safety
• Verify cosmetic quality of finished goods before further processing
• Complete and deliver materials according to established processes
• Supply production lines in a timely manner and control material compliance
• Collaborate with production coordinators and managers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of experience in a relevant position
• Knowledge of KPIs (operational, quality, and HSE)
• Proficiency in Polish (spoken and written)
• Ability to learn quickly and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
• Good use of production applications (D365, MSL, WI, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• SEP and UDT certifications
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
