Production & Assembly Representative

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic assembly, kitting, and boxing tasks
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), visual aids, and supervisor direction
• Maintain a tidy work area and comply with all safety and ESD rules
• Ask questions and learn from mentors to build core production skills

Requirements

• 0+ years of related experience
• Strong interest in production and assembly with a willingness to learn
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and ask for guidance when needed
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and documentation basics
• Positive attitude and a teamwork-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as IPC-A-610, ESD, or OSHA 10
• Experience or interest in cross-training across assembly, kitting, and boxing
