Production Assembly Operator

Responsibilities

• Assemble high-quality products following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Install components such as wiring harnesses, fasteners, and tires
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely
• Perform thorough inspections to ensure quality and performance standards
• Complete production and quality documentation for traceability
• Rotate between workstations and undergo cross-training
• Identify and communicate production issues or defects to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and SOPs
• Experience with hand tools or power tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Dependable attendance and strong communication skills
