Production & Assembly Associate

Responsibilities

• Assemble desktop and server products on target production lines
• Perform disassembly of finished products according to WI procedures
• Verify cosmetic quality of finished goods before they proceed to the next stage
• Collaborate with production coordinators, managers, and trainers to expand product knowledge
• Maintain high standards of workspace organization, quality, and safety

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of experience in server or desktop assembly on target lines
• Proficiency in production applications such as D365, MSL, and WI
• Knowledge of operational, quality, and HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Fluency in written and spoken Polish
• Ability to learn quickly and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Communicative level of English
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude aligned with company values
