Production Assembler

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned production activities according to ISO work instructions
• Successfully complete production assignments within the allotted takt time
• Setup work stations and perform operator level maintenance as needed
• Complete visual inspections of both in-process and finished products
• Check parts using appropriate fixtures and gauges
• Report any safety or quality issues to appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Identify concerns and provide insight for continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manual dexterity to use hand tools and equipment effectively
• Ability to read and comprehend ISO work instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a fast-paced environment for at least eight hours daily
• Ability to periodically lift up to 40 lbs
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assembly or light industrial experience
