Production Assembler

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned production activities according to ISO work instructions
• Successfully complete production assignments within the allotted takt time
• Set up workstations as needed
• Perform visual inspections of in-process and finished products
• Check parts using appropriate fixtures and gauges
• Perform operator-level equipment maintenance
• Report safety or quality issues to appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manual dexterity to use hand tools and equipment
• Ability to read and comprehend ISO work instructions
• Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of eight hours daily
• Ability to periodically lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Previous assembly or light industrial experience is a plus
