Production Assembler

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned production activities according to ISO work instructions
• Successfully complete production assignments within the allotted takt time
• Set up workstations and perform operator-level equipment maintenance
• Conduct visual inspections of in-process and finished products
• Use appropriate fixtures and gauges to check parts
• Report safety or quality issues to appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manual dexterity to use hand tools and equipment effectively
• Ability to read and comprehend ISO work instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to walk, stand, and periodically lift up to 40 lbs for at least eight hours daily
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assembly or light industrial experience
