Production Assembler

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned production activities according to ISO work instructions
• Successfully complete production assignments within the allotted takt time
• Set up workstations and perform operator-level maintenance as needed
• Complete visual inspections of in-process and finished products using fixtures and gauges
• Report safety or quality issues to appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety rules and regulations
• Identify concerns and provide insight for continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manual dexterity to use hand tools and equipment effectively
• Ability to read and comprehend ISO work instructions
• Ability to walk, stand, and periodically lift up to 40 lbs for a minimum of eight hours daily
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assembly and/or light industrial experience
