Production Assembler

Responsibilities

• Hand assemble parts or place parts into assembly machinery
• Perform repetitive assembly activities to meet daily and weekly production targets (90% or above)
• Visually inspect parts to recognize defective or malformed items
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and established procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all rules and regulations
• Complete required quality documentation and sort products as needed
• Troubleshoot and fix minor machine faults
• Report quality, process, equipment, or material problems to the Supervisor or Assembly Specialist

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend assembly instructions and quality postings
• Ability to meet production targets and maintain high quality standards
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks in a fast-paced environment
