Production Assembler

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors to ensure quality standards
• Review production orders and prepare materials using hand and power tools
• Assemble components including frames, glass panels, hardware, seals, and screens
• Perform sealed unit glazing, screen fitting, and packaging
• Safely operate production machinery, saws, pneumatic tools, and automated welders
• Conduct quality inspections and measurements throughout the production process
• Identify and report product defects or quality concerns
• Prepare finished products for shipment through labeling and loading
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in general labour, construction, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting 50–70 lbs
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Basic math skills for measurement calculations
• Basic English communication skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in Canada
