About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on semi-automated filling and labeling equipment for consumables
  • Setup and operate finishing equipment to dispense, package, cap, and assemble products according to established procedures
  • Verify materials against process orders, perform line clearance, and maintain organized, compliant workspaces
  • Perform in-process and final quality inspections using visual, automated, and mechanical methods
  • Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately following good documentation practices
  • Manage material flow and inventory levels using motorized and non-motorized equipment
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and communicate abnormal production conditions to supervisors
  • Adhere to all work instructions, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality system requirements, and safety protocols

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Forklift certification required
  • Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
  • Ability to read, write, and follow complex written instructions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including different shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
  • Ability to use a full-face supplied air breathing mask occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating manual, semi-auto, and automatic production machinery
  • Experience with SAP transactions
