About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on semi-automated filling and labeling equipment for consumables
- Setup and operate finishing equipment to dispense, package, cap, and assemble products according to established procedures
- Verify materials against process orders, perform line clearance, and maintain organized, compliant workspaces
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections using visual, automated, and mechanical methods
- Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately following good documentation practices
- Manage material flow and inventory levels using motorized and non-motorized equipment
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and communicate abnormal production conditions to supervisors
- Adhere to all work instructions, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality system requirements, and safety protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Forklift certification required
- Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow complex written instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including different shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Ability to use a full-face supplied air breathing mask occasionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating manual, semi-auto, and automatic production machinery
- Experience with SAP transactions
