Production Artist

Responsibilities

• Create computer-generated and full-color graphics output suitable for internal production technology and layer separation
• Build technical graphics to support innovative machinery, detailing specific template attributes like font size, position, layout, and color
• Develop art files and proofs for both internal and external customers
• Maintain the aesthetic integrity of replicated fonts and detailed graphics for licensed partners
• Perform color matching across multiple product categories using the Pantone Matching System
• Propose process refinements and mentor production art associates to improve workflow efficiency

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to ensure graphic design integrity
• Familiarity with the Pantone Matching System (PMS)
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain focus and detail orientation for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Digital work experience in the art field
• Knowledge of entry-level production art processes
• A passion for sports
