Production Application Support

Responsibilities

• Provide support for production environments related to card transaction systems to ensure minimal downtime
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems within IST, CORTEX card issuance, transaction authorization, and settlement systems
• Reconcile and clear transaction data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operation of ATM switches and merchant settlement solutions
• Monitor and manage CORTEX and related card application performance through regular system health checks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7 to 15 years of experience in production support within the payments or financial services industry
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development, including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures
• In-depth understanding of the CORTEX platform for card issuance and transaction authorization
• Proven experience with IST or CORTEX ATM Switch systems
• Solid understanding of VISA, MasterCard, and other international card schemes
• Expertise in transaction reconciliation, clearing, and settlement processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with relevant security standards and best practices in the card payments industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders
