Production and Warehouse Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor production execution according to daily programming to ensure established goals are met
• Ensure adequate supply of raw materials for production processes
• Perform direct operational tasks including machine and equipment control, mixer programming, and loading
• Monitor production and packaging process variables to ensure quality and environmental compliance
• Coordinate daily meetings to define production flow and support the integration of new team members
• Implement continuous improvement actions and corrective measures in collaboration with the maintenance team
• Execute warehouse operations, including material movement and storage using a forklift
• Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards

Requirements

• Experience in production programming and process monitoring
• Proficiency in machine and equipment control within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in warehouse operations and material handling
• Valid experience in forklift operation
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards
