About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the weekly production plan (MPS)
- Execute and control raw material and packaging planning (MRP)
- Analyze material requirements considering lead times and safety stocks
- Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely replenishment
- Monitor material availability and address shortages
- Collaborate with Production to ensure feasible schedules
- Maintain accurate master data in ERP systems
- Optimize inventory levels to balance service level and working capital
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in production and raw material planning (MRP)
- Solid understanding of MRP logic and capacity planning
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
