Production and Raw Material Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the weekly production plan (MPS) aligned with demand and capacity
• Execute and control raw material and packaging planning (MRP)
• Analyze material requirements including lead times, safety stocks, and supply constraints
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely replenishment and resolve supply risks
• Monitor material availability and proactively address shortages
• Collaborate with Production to prioritize manufacturing orders
• Maintain accurate master data and planning parameters in ERP systems
• Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels and working capital
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in production and raw material planning (MRP) in manufacturing
• Solid understanding of MRP logic, capacity planning, and inventory management
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
