About the role

Responsibilities

  • Convert customer forecasts and demand signals into executable production schedules and material plans.
  • Analyze availability of direct and indirect materials to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
  • Manage purchasing activities, including purchase order placement, confirmation follow-up, and open-order monitoring.
  • Release and monitor production orders in SAP, performing MRP and material availability reviews.
  • Proactively work with suppliers to reduce lead times and secure material availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance to resolve supply issues.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels while balancing production needs and working capital targets.
  • Analyze planning and procurement KPIs to recommend and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production planning, materials planning, or manufacturing operations.
  • Practical experience working with ERP systems, with a strong preference for SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good Polish communication skills for collaboration with local operations teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth manufacturing environments or supporting new product transfers.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SAP reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of demand planning and supplier performance management.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and global sourcing teams.
