About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage production schedules and support assembly scheduling activities, including finite scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels, investigate significant variances, and coordinate the disposition of scrap parts.
- Prepare and update daily operational reports, including late order tracking and reliability trackers.
- Maintain system data accuracy by reviewing new item entries and conducting routine audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and respond to production reports.
- Monitor on-time delivery dashboards and maintain escalation lists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Production Planners, and Inventory Analysts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow all safety policies, ISO standard operating procedures, and 5s principles.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in production planning, inventory, or supply chain within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems or supply chain software.
- Intermediate or greater proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high data integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
