Production and Inventory Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules and support assembly scheduling activities, including finite scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels, investigate significant variances, and coordinate the disposition of scrap parts.
• Prepare and update daily operational reports, including late order tracking and reliability trackers.
• Maintain system data accuracy by reviewing new item entries and conducting routine audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and respond to production reports.
• Monitor on-time delivery dashboards and maintain escalation lists.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Production Planners, and Inventory Analysts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow all safety policies, ISO standard operating procedures, and 5s principles.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in production planning, inventory, or supply chain within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems or supply chain software.
• Intermediate or greater proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high data integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
