Production and Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Process and move production materials into and out of storage and production locations
• Identify and report problems to ensure parts availability for the 787 program
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory and system accuracy
• Manage factory aircraft section preparation in support of manufacturing build plans
• Validate team work to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements
• Coordinate with global supply chain organizations and lead site shipping activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain professional relationships

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in receiving, storing, picking, kitting, and shipping processes
• 1+ years of experience with inventory, stock, or supply chain management
• 1+ years of experience working with an industry ERP system or SAP
• Ability to lift 35-40 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift
• Ability to obtain a forklift license

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in supply chain concepts and best practices
• Previous forklift experience
• High School diploma or GED
