Production and Continuous Improvement Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of approximately 20 operators
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules and production planning
• Guarantee the availability of raw materials for manufacturing workshops
• Implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase performance
• Participate in defining the investment budget for your sector and defining necessary resources
• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and operational procedures
• Support the development and management of your team members

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or Pharmacy
• Specialization in continuous improvement, process engineering, or production
• Previous experience on a production site, preferably in the cosmetic, food, or pharmaceutical sectors
• Proven experience in team management
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and continuous improvement techniques
• Strong organizational skills, reactivity, and a hands-on approach to industrial environments
