Production Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee UPS production at the Ambernath factory as the production line in charge
• Monitor daily production plans against actual output and implement corrective actions for any gaps
• Manage resources including human capital, materials, machinery, and budget
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizens on the production line
• Manage daily work and maintain Tier accountability through the Vertiv Operating System (VOS)
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and maintain a safe working environment through 5S
• Provide on-the-job training to new operators to achieve desired efficiency and productivity levels
• Coordinate with Store and Purchase departments regarding material requirements
• Utilize Lean principles for waste elimination and perform problem-solving through Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Requirements

• B.E or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Production Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of manufacturing industry experience specifically managing an assembly line
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player
