About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily planned vs. actual output and implement corrective actions for any gaps
- Manage human and material resources to ensure optimal production flow
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the Vertiv Operating System (VOS)
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and maintain a safe working environment
- Drive 5S standards on the production line
- Provide on-the-job training to new operators
- Achieve target efficiency and productivity levels
- Coordinate with Store and Purchase departments regarding material requirements
Requirements
- B.E. or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Production Engineering
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, specifically managing assembly lines
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in shifts
