Production Agent - Multi-skilled Press

Responsibilities

• Ensure production continuity and efficiency by mastering multiple operational functions on the press line
• Supply the line with semi-finished products, consumables, and accessories while managing flows and waste
• Operate and adjust production equipment according to technical specifications and manufacturing instructions
• Identify production defects, perform necessary adjustments, and remove non-conforming products
• Conduct quality control operations including visual inspections, sampling, and data traceability
• Participate in manual packaging, wrapping, and labeling of finished products
• Perform first-level maintenance and regular cleaning of equipment and work areas
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards

Requirements

• BAC professionnel in industrial production or a related field
• Ideally 3 years of professional experience in various roles on an industrial production line
• Operational knowledge of industrial production processes and automated equipment operation
• Proficiency with quality control measurement and inspection tools
• Understanding of safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards
• Knowledge of ERP/MES tools and problem-solving methodologies
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to work in a team
