Production Administrator, Branded Content & Events

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost reports for all live projects across the CNBC Brand Studio & CNBC Events teams in EMEA and APAC
• Raise POs, onboard vendors, and code incoming invoices and expenses to correct project cost sheets
• Lead quarterly reconciliations with the finance team to ensure accurate expenditure tracking
• Onboard freelance staff while ensuring all compliance checks and legal requirements (e.g., IR35, right to work) are met
• Contribute to shoot logistics including call sheets, bookings, and travel coordination
• Support the post-production process by working with editors to ensure deliverables meet quality control and delivery specs

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in budget tracking and management
• Hands-on familiarity with video production and digital content workflows
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP for managing multiple files and budget trackers
• Experience using budgeting software and the MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A solutions-oriented mindset capable of navigating tight timelines
