Production Admin

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely recording of all production operational data
• Manage and maintain the archiving of production documents, reports, and official records in compliance with company regulations
• Manage administration for raw materials, warehouse, engineering, and other supporting operational data
• Prepare and monitor periodic production operational schedules
• Record and monitor production machine activities and conditions
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding production administration and processes

Requirements

• Minimum SMK / Diploma degree in any field, preferably in engineering or related areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work meticulously, neatly, and systematically with data administration
• Understanding of and willingness to implement HACCP and K3L (Health, Safety, and Environment)
• Ability to maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company standards
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production or warehouse environments
• Experience in the tobacco flavor industry or similar manufacturing sectors
• Proficiency with Confluence or other digital documentation systems
• Ability to operate a hand stacker and possession of an SIO (Operator License) is a plus
• Experience in cross-departmental coordination within a production environment
