Production Activity Coordinator/Gatekeeper Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule plant activities to ensure seamless integration between operations and service providers
• Utilize the Operations Dashboard (OPD) to provide task list and utilization data for determining normal staffing
• Ensure operational tasks are value-added, clearly defined, and completed according to schedule
• Act as a plant liaison to functional support organizations to coordinate work and share core personnel
• Work with the Turnaround team to align start-up and shut-down tasks with plant operations
• Participate in the development and monitoring of the maintenance budget
• Collect and review process data to drive continuous improvement and corrective actions
• Ensure plant-specific compliance activities are scheduled and completed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process operations, manufacturing, or a related field
• Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to meet physical demands, including wearing safety equipment, climbing ladders, and working at heights

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Process Technology or a related field
