Product & Vendor Operations Coordinator

About the Company

Ampersand Brands is a growing portfolio of beloved confectionery brands, including Hammond’s Candies, the iconic hand-crafted candy maker, and Lolli & Pops, a premium retail and gifting brand with a national presence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vendor onboarding, including documentation (MOU, W9, compliance forms, TrueCommerce setup, etc.)
• Maintain accurate product and vendor data across systems including SAGE, CounterPoint, Shopify, and NetSuite
• Update SKU setup, pricing, and product attributes such as dimensions and weights
• Support maintenance of pricing documents and cost trackers
• Partner with Finance, QA/FSQA, Wholesale, and Store Operations teams to support documentation and setup needs
• Prepare and maintain internal trackers and reporting tools for product and vendor management

Requirements

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple systems and large data sets
• Strong follow-through and ability to manage deadlines
• Effective communicator capable of coordinating across multiple teams
• Experience with ERP/POS systems (SAGE, CounterPoint, Shopify, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus
• Background in merchandising, product development, operations, or supply chain preferred
