About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute test plans for the validation of components, subsystems, and electrical integration in vehicles
- Manage validation activities in alignment with global manufacturer requirements and project deadlines
- Validate current production products and technical alternatives for cost optimization and supply
- Collaborate with development teams, local and global partners, and suppliers
Requirements
- Experience in the automotive segment or related field
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Materials, Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering
- Advanced English proficiency
- Native or fluent Portuguese
- Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electrical/electronic engineering within the automotive segment
- Specialization in Project Management
- Spanish language skills
