Product UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts to translate requirements into design solutions
• Maintain and contribute to established design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure scalability
• Communicate design rationale and present solutions effectively to stakeholders
• Stay current with industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating a complete user-centered design process
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools for creating interactive prototypes
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI tools for prototyping, such as Figma Make
• Experience working with design systems and pattern libraries
• Knowledge of agile methodologies in fast-paced, iterative environments
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to inform design decisions
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
