Product Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support organizations in modernizing product operating models and ways of working
• Integrate AI into the product delivery lifecycle to accelerate learning and results
• Assess the maturity of product organizations through stakeholder interviews and data analysis
• Develop transformation frameworks, including process maps, playbooks, and training materials
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and agile ceremonies for diverse stakeholder groups
• Implement transformation initiatives by identifying value streams and shaping cross-functional teams
• Track progress and outcomes using metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, agile coaching, scrum master, or related roles
• At least 1 year of experience in consulting or client-facing positions
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application within product development workflows
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and training sessions
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist, Product Owner, or ICAgile)
• Experience with collaboration and portfolio management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Miro
• Technical background or high level of technical fluency
• Experience working across multiple industries or complex business contexts
