Product Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support organizations in modernizing product operating models and ways of working
• Integrate AI into the product delivery lifecycle to accelerate learning and results
• Assess the maturity of product organizations through stakeholder interviews and process analysis
• Develop transformation frameworks, including process maps, playbooks, and training materials
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and agile ceremonies for diverse stakeholder groups
• Implement transformation initiatives by identifying value streams and shaping cross-functional teams
• Track progress and outcomes using metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, agile coaching, or related roles
• At least 1 year of experience in consulting or client-facing positions
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product development workflows
• Working knowledge of value stream management or lean portfolio management
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and training sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with organizational design and governance frameworks
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
