Product Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver, project, and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies in both group and individual classroom or dealer settings
• Maintain the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs and ongoing learning opportunities
• Utilize various training techniques, concepts, and learning tools to ensure maximum program effectiveness
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all training programs
• Partner with individual departments to outline deliverables, expectations, and specific training needs for staff
• Participate in all Organizational Development department meetings and goals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to travel 30-40%
• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based systems
• High energy with an enthusiastic and motivational training style
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
