Product Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and run the new starter training programme for customer-facing hires across Onboarding, Support, and GTM
• Own the seasonal training calendar to ensure teams are prepared for changing farming seasons
• Create training content including modules, assessments, and tests covering the full product suite
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to prepare training for new product releases
• Manage ongoing education to ensure internal teams' knowledge evolves with the product
• Run competency assessments for new and existing team members
• Identify knowledge gaps by sitting in on support calls and joining farm visits
• Utilize AI to optimize training processes and efficiency

• Ability to hold a room and teach complex concepts effectively
• Strong project management skills to manage training calendars across multiple teams
• High attention to detail in content creation and structure
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to turn complex product workflows into usable training content
• Comfortable working on farms and around animals
• Genuine interest in farming and agtech
• AI-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Support, Onboarding, Customer Success, or field-based GTM teams
• Experience building training collateral such as written guides, videos, or visual explainers
• Familiarity with adult learning principles
• Ability to use data to identify knowledge gaps
• Experience in agtech, farming, or complex technical products
