Product Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the new starter programme for all customer-facing hires across Support, Onboarding, and GTM
• Build and manage ongoing learning pathways and continuing education for Support and Onboarding teams
• Define and maintain competency frameworks and assessments to ensure product readiness
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to align training with upcoming feature releases
• Use data from ticket trends, CSAT, and ramp times to drive training decisions
• Conduct on-farm visits to gather customer feedback and ground-level insights
• Implement AI tools to optimize training delivery and efficiency
• Manage a seasonal training calendar aligned with global GTM and Support needs

Requirements

• Proven experience designing training programmes, competency frameworks, and assessments from scratch
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Data-led decision-making approach combined with customer empathy
• Excellent project management skills
• Genuine interest in farming and agtech
• Ability to work in an office-first environment in Auckland

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agtech, SaaS, or hardware/IoT industries
• Experience with technical training for complex products
• Experience working with Product or Product Marketing on release readiness
• Exposure to GTM enablement for field reps and Account Managers
• Familiarity with adult learning principles
