Product Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough product training sessions for new and existing clients to ensure optimal utilization of the software.
• Tailor training programs to meet specific client needs and address unique challenges.
• Provide comprehensive product and industry-specific training for new internal team members across Sales, Customer Success, and Onboarding.
• Maintain and regularly update the company knowledge base with the latest product features and training materials.
• Act as the internal product expert, staying informed on industry trends and competitor products.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights for feature enhancement.
• Lead retrospective team trainings regarding new product releases and updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product training, consulting, or customer support, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of property management software or related technologies.
• Basic technical content writing skills.
• A continuous learning mindset and passion for industry advancements.
