Product Trainer and Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain comprehensive technical training frameworks, including syllabi, slide decks, and e-learning modules
• Deliver high-impact technical training via face-to-face workshops, live webinars, and digital learning management systems
• Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including User Manuals, Quick Start Guides, and API reference materials
• Translate complex engineering schematics and algorithms into clear, structured text and visual guides
• Partner with R&D and Product Management to update documentation alongside software and hardware release cycles
• Organize and optimize the online customer Help Center and Knowledge Base

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Product Trainer, or Instructional Designer
• Proven experience in a deeply technical B2B industry such as Robotics, Aerospace, or Advanced Manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience creating end-to-end training pathways and utilizing LMS platforms
• Exceptional ability to interpret technical engineering concepts like networking protocols, hardware interfaces, and APIs
• Mastery of technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, GitBook, or Markdown

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, or Education
• Basic familiarity with programming languages like Python or C++
• Prior exposure to Inertial Navigation Systems (INS), GPS/GNSS, or robotics
• Availability for occasional domestic and international travel for on-site workshops
