Product Test Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work on mechanical design with vendors for ATE HW and qualification for NPI and production
• Manage ATE HW quality control and improvement
• Standardize production process flow and data management to support DFM
• Investigate and solve operation HW related issues
• Co-work with functional teams to improve operation efficiency
• Evaluate new thermal materials and applications to improve thermal performance
• Act as a link between the planner team and key chip subcontractors to ensure production schedules are met

Requirements

• MS degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3+ years of working experience
• Experience in wafer sort and final test operations
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, organizational, and quantitative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in change kit and socket design
• Experience in CP/FT/CPO operation process improvement
• Ability to lead internal and external teams to establish preventive action plans
• Strong time management skills
