Product/Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with worldwide cross-functional teams on automotive new silicon and product development from definition to production.
• Develop and support test solutions with Test Engineering to meet target test time and cost standards.
• Execute characterization, sampling, and qualification processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues by collaborating with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams.
• Reduce overall test costs while maintaining production quality and securing Automotive Zero defect requirements.
• Support production test partners including FAB, MFG, foundry, and test houses.
• Stay updated on new developments in testing methods and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication, or Automatization.
• 5+ years of professional experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) for a global working environment.
• Strong synthesis and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and take strong ownership of tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
