Product Technical Support Engineer - TMS

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical expertise to support customer applications, service teams, and field engineers for Thermal Management Solutions (TMS).
• Act as a level 4 technical escalation point for complex troubleshooting scenarios.
• Assist customers and site teams with TMS application use and software configurations.
• Perform customer site inspections to assess product performance and gather feedback.
• Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical reports, and Best Known Methods (BKMs).
• Support characterization testing activities and data collection at customer sites.
• Provide technical input and training support to the service organization to raise technical capability.

Requirements

• Degree in a science or engineering field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, service engineering, or application engineering.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-disciplinary systems.
• Ability to understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with multimeters, data recorders, and signal generators.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in semiconductor fabrication plants (fabs).
• Strong understanding of thermal management systems, heating systems, fluid control, or sensors.
• Familiarity with control systems and system diagnostics.
• Ability to speak an additional language.
