Product Technical Specialist - Harvesting

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for complex, unresolved Level-3 technical issues for harvesting products
• Lead technical diagnosis and troubleshooting for high-impact customer issues requiring engineering involvement
• Interface between field issues and engineering to ensure problems are well-defined, reproducible, and actionable
• Represent the customer perspective in cross-functional discussions regarding quality, reliability, and product improvement
• Proactively analyze field, dealer, and system data to identify emerging issues and systemic trends
• Publish clear technical guidance via Service Bulletins, Service News Updates, and Knowledge Articles
• Support containment strategies to minimize customer impact while permanent engineering fixes are developed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a Quality, Service, or Engineering related role
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of statistical tools
• Proven experience with logical, rigorous problem-solving tools and methodologies
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• High level of autonomy and a self-starter mindset with the ability to drive results
