Product Technical Marketing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive field product quality and customer experience for Home inkjet products
• Lead moderate to high complexity projects and manage cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals
• Generate actionable insights through detailed analysis of monthly call, telemetry, sentiment, and return data
• Assess, prioritize, and drive field issues and escalations to resolution in collaboration with support and development teams
• Lead bug tracking resolution and report program risks, status, and resolution options to executive management
• Feed forward learnings from current products to inform future programs
• Coordinate activities of supporting project teams and internal/external development partners
• Communicate program progress and issue analysis to product stakeholders
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members

Requirements

• Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or commensurate work experience)
• Minimum 4 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development, product quality, technical support, or customer-facing escalations
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in project management, risk management, and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JIRA, Kanban principles, and Sprint Planning
• Knowledge of automation, change management, and continuous improvement processes
• Experience in New Product Development (NPD) and Lean Manufacturing
