Product Technical Marketing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive field product quality and customer experience for Home inkjet products.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage moderate to high complexity projects to achieve quality goals.
• Generate actionable insights through detailed analysis of telemetry, sentiment, and return data.
• Assess, prioritize, and drive field issues and escalations to resolution in collaboration with support and development teams.
• Lead bug tracking, report program risks, and provide status updates to executive management.
• Feed learnings from current products into future program development.
• Coordinate activities of internal and external development partners, tracking progress against established schedules and resource plans.
• Mentor and provide guidance to less-experienced staff members.

Requirements

• Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4-10 years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in engineering development, product quality, technical support, or customer-facing escalations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Sprint Planning.
• Experience using JIRA for project and bug tracking.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement processes, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
• Strong technical fluency in software development and automation.
• Demonstrated ability in risk management and project planning.
